現在の新型コロナウイルスの流行状況・政府からのメッセージ等を踏まえ、今回の同窓会
については、不開催といたします。
同窓会は、アラムナイの方々・学生間の親睦を深める大変貴重な機会と認識しているのですが、
コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止等のため、オーガナイザー間で議論した結果、ジャパントリップ
自体の中止を決定いたしました。

Hello everyone, my name is Yusuke, and I am currently a student pursuing MPA-EPM degree at SIPA (Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, Class of 2020).
I really regret to inform you that we will cancel the SIPA alumni
party scheduled on March 16, as well as the this year’s SIPA Japan Trip.
We were looking forward to see you in the event, however, considering the current
situation regarding the virus and the message from the government, we,
organizers, decided it is not the best timing to hold the alumni party as well as to visit
Japan in a large group.

Dear CUAAJ Members,
Hello everyone, my name is Yusuke Yabushita, and I am currently a student pursuing MPA-EPM degree at SIPA (Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, Class of 2020).
We are happy to announce that we will be holding a SIPA Alumni Party next month at Tokyo! It is organized so that SIPA students who will be visiting Japan by “Japan Trip”(*) from March 16 to 20 will have the opportunity to join the party.
We would like to provide an opportunity for everyone to catch up with the alumni and meet current students in SIPA! Details of the party are as follows.
* Japan Trip is a study trip which aims to have more leaders across the globe who are familiar with and close to Japan. The trip provides opportunities to learn about the politics, economy, culture, history and more about Japan, to students who in the future will become leaders in their countries or international organizations. Japan Trip is organized voluntarily by Japanese SIPA students, and the coming trip will be the 14th trip. This time, around 40 non-Japanese students will visit Japan and travel Tokyo, Fukushima, Tsukuba, Kashiwa, and Kyoto.

Please note that fee will be not refunded for cancellation after Thursday, March 12.
Also we would like to inform you that crowd funding for Japan Trip is now open.
The funding to lower the financial burden on students is still not enough, despite the efforts we are making to ask help from institutions and companies.
Therefore, we would like to kindly ask you for supporting our trip.
We have options starting from 3,000 JPY.

はじめまして、コロンビア大学国際公共政策大学院（SIPA）、MPA-EPMコースで学んでいる籔下と申します。
皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか。
さて、3月16日から3月20日にかけて実施するジャパントリップ（※）と合わせてSIPAアラムナイパーティを下記の通り開催する運びとなりましたのでご案内させていただきます。
皆様におかれましてはご多忙のことと存じますが、近況等を語らうとともにSIPAに通う現役生等と交流いただける貴重な機会ですので、是非ご出席くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
※ジャパントリップは、将来的に各国や国際機関のリーダーとなる学⽣達に、⽇本の様々な側⾯−政治・経済・⽂化・歴史−を学び、体験してもらうことで、知⽇派・親⽇派のリーダーを世界中に増やしていくことを⽬的とした企画です。
本年のトリップテーマは高齢化です。高齢化に世界に先んじて直面している日本において政治・経済・臨床など各方面で先進的な挑戦を行っている方々の訪問などを行い、実体験を踏まえて、今後の高齢化への対応の在り方について共に思索することとしています
ジャパントリップは有志の⽇本⼈学⽣が企画しており、今回で14回⽬の開催となります。今年は40名程度の学生が来日し、東京、福島、つくば、柏、京都を周る予定となっています。
