今回は全世界のalumni club が同時期に行うWACE (Worldwide Alumni Club Event)の一環となります。

要旨:
2016年以降の三菱自動車の業績回復は、近年のグローバル自動車業界における最も目覚しい回復劇の一つであるが、この改革の取組みを経営陣の一人として指揮した三菱自動車の池谷光司副社長CFO (class of 1988) より、そこから得られた知見とその意味についてお話いただく。三菱自動車の改革における戦略の多くは、グローバル化を推進している他の日本企業にとっても非常に参考になるものである。池谷氏の興味深い発表を通じ、多くの学びや意見交換の機会が得られるはずである。池谷氏の発表に続き、三菱自動車の業績回復を多方面から支えた、マッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニーのシニア・パートナーであるロバート・マティス氏が見解を述べる。その後両氏によるパネルディスカッションと会場を交えた質疑応答を行います。

Summary:
As master mind to Mitsubishi Motors’ turnaround since 2016 - one of the most significant recovery stories in the global automotive scene recently - Koji Ikeya, MMC’s Chief Financial Officer will share insights and implications from the restructuring journey. Many of the strategic pillars of MMC’s transformation are highly relevant for other global Japanese companies in need of performance acceleration.
