拝啓 時下 皆様にはますますご清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。
さて、恒例のJapan Study Tripですが、本年は５月中旬にビジネススクール在学生及び教授が約40名で訪日の予定です。
Japan Study Tripは1980年代の後半から始まり、ＣＢＳに在学中の日本人及び外国の学生の皆さんが来日して企業や政府機関、文化施設などを訪問して経済、ビジネス、文化等の理解を深める目的で始まり、毎年多くの日本企業や同窓生の皆様から資金及びその他のご協力及びご援助を頂いております。（他の国々向けにも同様のトリップがありますが、日本へのトリップが一番人気だそうです）。
私達日本の同窓会は、毎年このプロジェクトを支援するため著名なスピーカーによるご講演や、多数の同窓生による歓迎レセプションを主催して学生達と交流を深めています。参加された学生達から毎年高い評価と感謝を頂いています。
今年は5/19（日）から5/26（日）まで日本に滞在し、ソフトバンクやトヨタなど本邦企業を訪問する予定となっています。
我が同窓会では本年もご一行をお招きし、歓迎レセプションを下記の通り開催いたします。
本年は 一橋ビジネススクール（一橋大学大学院 経営管理研究科 国際企業戦略専攻）との共同開催として、同校ICSの特任講師
西坂美奈さんによる講演と、その後同行教官、alumni含めてのパネルディスカッションを行います。
奮ってご参加ください。
また今回、学生側幹事から、JSTへの寄付のお願いも頂戴しております。添付をご参照いただき、何卒ご協力いただければ幸いです。
なお、上記の寄付をされていない同窓生の皆様も、本レセプションにご参加いただくことで、参加費の一部が活動の支援となります。皆さまにおかれましてはご多忙とは思いますが何とぞ万障をお繰り合わせて参加いただけますようお願い申し上げます。また仮にご参加かなわない場合もご賛同のご返事をいただければ、1000円を一口として、ご寄付として頂戴し、本会の費用の一部として使わせていただければと存じます。

Invitation to Japan Study Trip Welcome Party and lecture
Dear CBS alumni:
Columbia Business School Club Japan is hosting a welcome party for Japan StudyTrip. The group of CBS students (around 40 students) will be visiting Japan to talk with some of the leading companies in Japan. Companies they are visiting include Toyota, Omron, Softbank et al.
This year, we are jointly organized this with Hitotsubashi ICS. We have Adjunct Assistant Professor Ms. Mina Nishisaka given the lecture followed by panel discussion then to reception.
(The lecture will be conducted in English)
It's a great opportunity for you to talk with current students. Please join us!
