The Columbia University Alumni Association of Japan (CUAAJ) invite all Columbia alumni to the lecture by Mr. George Kurumado, Architect, Managing Officer of the Takenaka Corporation. The lecture will be about how Takenaka, one of "big five contractors" did value engineering and successfully reduced the price up to 30% of construction price of Tokyo American Club, top grade facility getting agreement of world famous Architect, Cesar Pelli. This lecture will provide an excellent opportunity to learn about how huge cost difference could be handled in the world of the architect management. Please join us for this event.
