SIPA Study Trip Reception in Tokyo
On March 12, Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs Japanese Alumni Association (SIPAJAA), along with CUAAJ held a networking session with current School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) students visiting Japan on their Study Trip. There were about 40 students, in including the study trip coordinators. Alumni’s not only from SIPA joined the event – Columbia alumni’s from other schools turned up welcomed the students. Furthermore, alumni’s enjoyed socializing with the current students, while the students learned about the current state of Japanese politics and economics, and culture.
The networking event ended up being very successful, having both current and former CUAAJ presidents participating in the event.
