Columbia Business School Club of Japan (CBSCJ)では、10月31日（金）、CBS94年卒で現JERA会長の可児行夫様をお迎えし、特別講演会を開催いたします。

テーマは「JERAの誕生、今、そして未来」。伝統的な規制業種である電力業界において、3.11を契機に組織内部から改革を進め、外部人材を取り入れて創設されたJERA。その立ち上げを若手リーダーとして主導し、現在は会長として率いる可児様に、これまでの歩みと日本のエネルギー・地政学上の課題、そしてJERAの未来を語っていただきます。

本講演の内容は対外引用は避けてください。参加者が安心して率直な議論に加われる場を確保します。

The Columbia Business School Club of Japan (CBSCJ) is delighted to welcome Mr. Yukio Kani (CBS‘94), Chairman & Global CEO of JERA, for a special lecture on Friday, Oct 31, 2025.

Theme: “The Birth of JERA: Past, Present, and Future.” Mr. Kani led organizational reform in Japan’s traditionally regulated power sector following 3.11, helping found JERA by bringing in external talent. He will reflect on Japan’s energy challenges, climate change, geopolitics, and JERA’s vision ahead.

The contents of this lecture should not be quoted externally. This is to ensure a safe environment where participants can engage in open and candid discussions.
